Our client is established in 1990, and after almost 30 years of innovation, they becoming one of the preferred choice for many. This company is focusing on oral branded pharmaceuticals & nutraceuticals, and also medical devices for gastroenterology & hepatology.

Regional / National Sales Manager (we called Associate Marketing Manager) is a newly formed position within the company, which assists the management in coordinating all sales & marketing activities for pharmaceutical and medical device business unit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing strategies to promote existing and new products to key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Responsible for new product introduction to the market and plans product life cycle
- Determine and achieve the sales goals of the organization
- Liaise with healthcare professional organizations, key opinion leaders, and key customers
- Oversees new marketing professional recruitment and training process
- Oversees new product development starting from initiation to market launch
- Identify and analyze similar products in the market
- Develops and deploys market access solutions (hospital listing) and tools to field teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, health-related discipline (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, public health) preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as Product Manager or Sales Manager in a pharmaceutical company
- Strong networking skills within the gastroenterologists, hepatologists, cardiologists, and neurologists
- Previous experience in marketing oral branded drugs in similar therapeutic area is preferred
- Willing to travel for work purposes (domestic & international)
- Highly analytical with excellent written and verbal skills
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
