**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Community Management**:

- Actively manage and engage with our online community across various platforms, including forums, social media, and dedicated community spaces.
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure alignment with community guidelines and a positive environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and increase overall community participation and engagement.
- Work with key community members to create content and events that resonate with the audience and align with brand goals.
- Monitor community engagement metrics, such as post frequency and user activity, and identify patterns in user behavior and content trends to inform and adjust moderation strategies.

**Search Engine Optimization**:

- Optimize on-page and community-driven content for SEO, focusing on keyword usage, meta tags, internal linking, and overall content performance.
- Work with external writers to develop SEO-friendly blog content that aligns with community interests and search trends.
- Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine performance.
- Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in online community management, digital engagement, or a related role.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven ability to build, engage, and manage online communities across various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to foster positive community interactions.
- Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword usage, on-page optimization, and content strategies.
- Experience with community management tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush.
- Experience hosting or coordinating offline events and/or webinars is preferable.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure cohesive and effective community strategies.

- Familiarity with financial products or passion for finance is preferable.
