We are seeking a **Senior Admission and Communication Officer** to manage our admissions process and drive our communication strategies. If you are passionate about education and skilled in communication, this role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective students and parents.
- Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to effectively promote the school's programs, values, and unique offerings.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including the school website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials, to highlight the vibrant life at Mutiara Harapan Islamic School.
- Organize and coordinate school events such as Open Houses, campus tours, and community engagement activities to showcase our school's environment and ethos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content that reflect our school's brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, guiding them through their journey and helping them feel connected to our community.
- Analyze data and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of admission and communication strategies, continually seeking ways to improve and innovate.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in admissions, marketing, and school communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably within an educational institution.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A strong commitment to the values and mission of Mutiara Harapan Islamic School.
- Ability to join immediately.
