1. Pemantauan Operasional Logistik:

- Mengawasi dan memantau pergerakan barang dan kendaraan dari pusat kendali (control tower) untuk memastikan semua operasi berjalan sesuai rencana.
- Melacak lokasi dan status pengiriman secara real-time melalui sistem manajemen logistik (TMS/Transport Management System).

2. Koordinasi Pengiriman:

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan (driver, warehouse, dan tim operasional lainnya) untuk memastikan rute dan jadwal pengiriman dijalankan dengan efisien.
- Menginformasikan perubahan jadwal, rute alternatif, atau instruksi khusus jika ada kendala di perjalanan, seperti cuaca buruk atau kemacetan.

3. Penanganan Masalah Operasional:

- Menangani masalah yang terjadi selama proses pengiriman, seperti keterlambatan,

kecelakaan, atau kerusakan kendaraan, dan memberikan solusi secara cepat dan efektif.
- Menjaga komunikasi yang jelas antara pengemudi dan tim operasional untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul.

4. Pengelolaan Data Pengiriman:

- Mengumpulkan dan mencatat data operasional harian, termasuk status pengiriman, waktu tempuh, pemakaian bahan bakar, serta kendala yang terjadi.
- Menyusun laporan operasional dan kinerja armada secara berkala untuk dianalisis oleh manajemen.

5. Pengendalian Risiko:

- Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko dalam proses pengiriman dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk memínimalisir gangguan.
- Menyusun strategi mitigasi jika terjadi masalah yang berpotensi mengganggu kelancaran distribusi.

6. Pemantauan Kinerja Armada:

- Mengawasi kondisi dan kinerja kendaraan perusahaan serta memastikan armada beroperasi sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan efisiensi yang ditetapkan.
- Mengatur jadwal perawatan rutin kendaraan bersama dengan tim teknisi.

7. Layanan Pelanggan:

- Memberikan update status pengiriman kepada tim customer service agar mereka dapat menginformasikan kepada pelanggan.
- Memastikan pelanggan mendapatkan informasi yang akurat mengenai estimasi waktu kedatangan barang dan solusi jika ada penundaan.

8. Peningkatan Proses:

- Menganalisis data operasional dan memberikan masukan kepada manajemen untuk

meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pengiriman.
- Mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan dan bekerja sama dengan tim terkait untuk menerapkan perubahan yang dibutuhkan.

1. Pendidikan mínimal D3/S1, diutamakan di bidang logistik, manajemen transportasi, atau teknik industri.
2. Pengalaman mínimal 1-2 tahun di bidang logistik atau supply chain, khususnya dalam pengelolaan armada dan pengiriman.
3. Kemampuan mengoperasikan software logistik, termasuk TMS (Transport Management System) dan GPS tracking.
4. Keterampilan analitis yang baik dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
5. Kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat dan detail-oriented.
6. Mampu bekerja dalam sistem shift jika diperlukan.
