Role Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the branch operations of the elevator division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, achieving sales and profitability targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Operations Management:
- Oversee all branch activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair services, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.- Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:
- Drive branch sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Team Leadership:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and address any customer inquiries or issues promptly.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure branch operations comply with all legal, regulatory, and company safety standards.- Promote a safety-first culture and implement safety training and protocols.

What you will need to be successful- Minimum 4-6 years working experience as a Supervisor/ Senior Engineer in Lift business.- Degree in relevant Engineering field.- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team of Field colleagues.- Good communication skills both spoken and written.
