ibis Styles Bogor Pajajaran is strategically located in the heart of Bogor, surrounded by nature and city views. Close to restaurants, convention centers, offices, and tourist attractions.
With direct access to the toll gate, ibis Styles Bogor Pajajaran features 171 rooms, 10 meeting rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, fitness center and kids corner. The hotel is located directly opposite the Bogor Botanical Gardens.
**Uraian Pekerjaan**
- Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels and networking.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide personalized solutions to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the luxury real estate market, and delivering compelling sales pitches.
- Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads into satisfied clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
- Prepare and present sales contracts and other necessary documents to clients.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Generate quality leads and constantly update database of Potential guests
- Provide sufficient information on company’s products to investors/buyers.
- Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
**Kualifikasi**
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Management of hotel industry
- Confident, well-spoken and Professional
- Presentable and well-dressed at all times
- High level of integrity and work ethics
- Proven ability to meet and exceed target, deadline and work under pressure.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent relationship management
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time.
- Ability to easily adjust in flexible work environment, overtime, travel, weekends, etc.
- Ability to make decisions and use initiatives.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Business Acumen and expert knowledge of industry
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong presentation and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft office suite
