Klien kami, Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Manufaktur Elektronik skala internasional, saat ini sedang membutuhkan Senior HRGA Manager.
1. Mengawasi dan memastikan pelaksanaan strategi SDM agar selaras dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan
2. Membuat, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan karyawan untuk pengembangan SDM dan pengembangan organisasi perusahaan
3. Melakukan evaluasi proses rekrutmen di semua tingkat jabatan/ level
4. Melakukan evaluasi kinerja karyawan (KPI), SOP, MPP berjalan sesuai dengan waktu yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan
5. Bertanggung jawab dalam program promosi, demosi, mutasi karyawan
6. Memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang peraturan-peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku terutama di bidang ketenagakerjaan dan perseroan
7. Melakukan evaluasi kompensasi dan benefit yang ada agar lebih kompetitif
8. Bertanggung jawab dalam penggajian karyawan
9. Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang UU Ketenagakerjaan (UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 dan UU Cipta Kerja)
10. Menjembatani hubungan industrial antara Manajemen dan Karyawan.
**Kualifikasi**:
1. Usia Maksimal 45 tahun
2. Pendidikan Minimal Sarjana (S1) Psikologi/ Manajemen/ Hukum
3. Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 10 tahun dalam bidang HR&GA Manufaktur/ Retail/ Hospitality
4. Memiliki kemampuan analisis, administrasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik, efektif dan efisien
5. Berorientasi pada hasil, detail, dan terbiasa dengan deadline
**Salary**: Rp13,000,000 per month
