**Role**:
Work will be assigned on per project basis, with fixed deadline per project. Project meetings will be held before each assignment to ensure clear understanding. These will be via video call or face to face as needed. Working location will be remote, but with some requirement to attend office as needed for project meetings.

**Scope**:

- Working within the Group Marketing services team to maintain and improve the quality of marketing materials and communication.
- Creatively develop existing materials, and design new materials as required.
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Social media postings
- Newsletter
- Presentation templates
- Maps
- Banner and booth design
- Others as needed
- Propose new ideas that can improve the quality of marketing materials
- Set a culture where projects are completed efficiently and on a timely basis.
- Pro-actively work with key managers to improve quality and service level efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge in design principles (visual, composition, typography, layout, scale, colour, illustration, etc).
- Excellent skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Figma, etc.
- Creative approach and ideation.
- Knowledgeable in designing for print.
- Knowledgeable in marketing, branding, and social media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity (need to submit the portfolio).
- Familiarity with web, UX and UI design, motion graphic, 3D is a plus.
