**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Summary**
Provide excellent Leadership to a group of Medical Sales Representatives in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and win competition in the market within the specified activity.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Sales Activity**
- Utilize Segmentation and Targeting to ensure effective and efficient customer coverage.
- Creating sales plan and strategy to penetrate the market.
- Setting target of Sales Reps based on area, channel and products.
- Guide Sales Reps to execute sales plans, monitor their performance, continuous coaching to improve their performance.
- Evaluation and problem-solving for every challenge faced by Sales Reps.
- Explore new business opportunity (new customers, new area). Execute Listing process if needed.
- Ensure all sales activity following Ethic and Compliance practices along with all required Business Process.
**Marketing Activity**
- Execute Marketing strategy/ plan. Provide inputs to Marketer/ Commercial Operation Mgr based on field insight including competition.
- Support the implementation of Medical activities.
- Propose local promotion activity for Sales Reps such as Round Table Discussion, etc.
- Business intelligence and gathering data for market analysis.
- Ensure all promotion activity following Ethic and Compliance practices along with all required Business Process.
**Customer and Distributor Relationship**
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and outlets.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the healthcare community and associated organizations.
- Monitor Sell-Out from the Distributor, working with them to ensure Demand Fulfillment (stock availability in the Outlets).
- Monitoring trade programs (discount, promo, etc)

**QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacist/ Biology/ Chemistry, and business.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related field or 3 years as PMR or Senior PMR, preferably having experience in the MNCs pharmaceutical industry. Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent Leadership skill
- Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving in response to communications challenges and opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (English proficiency is a must)
- Analytical skill
- Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure, especially in a crisis/issue.
