Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Setting up accounts for new users

Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

Repairing equipment and replacing parts
Diploma of Informatics Engineering or Information System

Having experience as IT Support for at least 1 year (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

Having knowledge of hardware, software, server system, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)

Having experience in doing configuration, routing, and switching (Network Product)

Having experience in handling network and computer troubleshooting

Have an understanding in the server configuration for proxy, DNS, exchange mail and Database

Having experience in Linux is a definite plus

Able to work independently and as a team

Placement in Semarang

Willing to work in Shifting
