Personalmente contribuye al objetivo del equipo del programa juvenil de proporcionar servicios de guardería que sean divertidos, educacionales y dedicados para los hijos de los miembros y huéspedes, en un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Desarrolla armonía con y toma un interés genuino en todos los niños y padres que utilizan el gimnasio. Participa en actividades diarias tales como organizar el programa de arte y manualidades, dirigir juegos, leer cuentos y cantar canciones. Promueve los programas y actividades del gimnasio para los jóvenes y ayuda a los padres en la inscripción al programa. Ayuda a mantener las instalaciones y el equipo limpios, nítidos y en buenas condiciones. Reporta accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo no seguras al gerente; completa certificaciones y entrenamiento de seguridad. Cumple con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía; se asegura de que la apariencia del uniforme y personal sea limpia y profesional; mantiene la confidencialidad de información privilegiada; protege los bienes de la compañía. Da la bienvenida a todos los huéspedes en conformidad con las normas de la compañía; anticipa y resuelve las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes; ayuda a las personas con discapacidades; agradece a los huéspedes con apreciación genuina. Habla con otros usando lenguaje claro y profesional; responde teléfonos utilizando modales telefónicos adecuados. Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones laborales positivas con otros. Cumple con las expectativas y normas de control de calidad. Visualmente inspecciona las herramientas, equipo o máquinas; alcanza, dobla, tuerce, jala y se inclina; mueve, levanta o lleva objetos con un peso igual o menor que 25 libras; permanece de pie, se sienta o camina por un largo período de tiempo. Además, en algunos estados puede haber requisitos adicionales de registros/licencias a ser considerados para este puesto. Ejecuta otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados.
