**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase revenue, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Consultative Selling**: Provide cybersecurity solutions tailored to the needs of clients, working closely with technical teams to address challenges and offer the best possible solutions.
- **Client Presentations & Negotiations**: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with both local and international clients.
- **Market Insights**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and the competitive landscape in Indonesia and globally.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and marketing strategies to ensure alignment with client needs.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
- **Cybersecurity Knowledge**: Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, threats, and trends (e.g., network security, cloud security, threat intelligence, etc.).
- **Language**: Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken). Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively interacting with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and other related technologies.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
