As a Product Manager for Mobile Applications, you’ll shape a transformative mobile experience that resonates deeply with users and drives our business forward. Collaborate as a strategic partner with engineering, design, and UX to create a product that truly stands out in the market.

With 3-4 years of experience in mobile product management within dynamic markets, you bring a user-first mindset and technical know-how. You’ll define key product requirements, conduct impactful user research, and oversee the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to ensure seamless development and successful product acceptance. **What your current role should be like**:

- Ensure product requirements meet expected outcomes through focused journey research, facilitating smooth product acceptance.
- Conduct thorough research to understand and enhance the end-to-end product journey, ensuring an optimal user experience at each touchpoint.
- Manage the Product Requirements Document (PRD) process meticulously, capturing all necessary details to guide development and execution effectively.
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to address user pain points and deliver intuitive, impactful solutions.
- Engage regularly with users and leverage mobile analytics to gather feedback, drive data-informed decisions, and monitor product success.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align teams, streamline execution, and support effective decision-making.

**What will you do?**
- **Technical and Operational Expertise**: Stay informed about the mobile app’s technical and operational aspects to make well-rounded, informed decisions.
- **User-Centric Mobile Design**: Research mobile user behavior and collaborate closely with product designers and UX researchers to create intuitive solutions that elevate the mobile experience and address that elevate the mobile experience and address user needs.

- **Cross-functional Leadership**: Act as a unifying force in a diverse cross-functional team, facilitating decision-making and consensus across departments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with a focus on payments and B2B products as a significant advantage.
