ERM is seeking an energetic, self-starting Sustainability and Climate Change Consultant able to drive change in process and behavior to join our consulting firm in Indonesia.

We are looking for an individual to support and expand a network of excellent client relationships delivering Climate Change and Corporate Sustainability services in the industry sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in innovative and exciting projects that ERM is currently working on.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Support the Growth of ERM Indonesia's services in Low Carbon Economy Transition, Climate Change, Corporate Sustainability, and Social Performance
- Deliver consulting services for clients coming from various sectors in Indonesia and across Asia Pacific
- Areas of project focus will, among others, include sustainability strategy development, ESG reporting, climate action, greenhouse gas inventories and carbon foot-printing, sustainability target and goals setting, and stakeholder engagement
- Support ERM Partners and Project Managers to manage key accounts, develop and maintain client relationships, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with little oversight
- Think critically and strategically, helping to influence decision-makers and outcomes for our clients in terms of sustainability strategy and disclosure, as well as climate change
- Assist in general business development research, marketing, and other development tasks
- Fulfill internal management responsibilities of ERM including planning and budgeting, training and professional development, and interfacing with other practice areas and project teams within ERM in Indonesia and other country offices

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Environmental or Social Science, Sustainability, Climate Change, engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in sustainability, climate change and social performance preferably in a consulting role
- A self-starter with demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
- High adaptability and fast learning to excel in dynamic environments, quickly adjusting to changing priorities, diverse tasks, and varying client and team requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively within multiple levels of consulting staff and client personnel
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage assigned multiple tasks with supervision and tight projects timeline;
- Basic client management skills for mature client interaction
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills with high level proficiency of MS Office Suite including Power Point, Word, and Excel
- Experience working in multi-market and multicultural environments and supporting multiple projects
- A willingness to travel within Indonesia/South East Asia is essential for short terms assignments; and
- Strong communication skills both in written and verbal communication, in English and in Indonesian language
