Objective:

- Support to coordinate infrastructure and utilities department, to help / support the production process.

Main Duties:

- Operate the boiler and deminerilized water plant according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and safety standards.
- Prepare materials for operational activities and the person in charge of the Utility unit.
- Make reports on the number of operations from utilities.
- Receive shipments of diesel and water from suppliers according to the existing tasks.
- Record the Perusahaan Air Minum (PAM) water counter and flowmeter.
- Operate the site generator if the Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) is off.
- Immediately report to superiors if there is an incident outside of what should have been.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the working area.
- Ensure that boiler and generator exhaust gases are below existing quality standards; by means of system control and coordination with the production department.
- Ensure that all activities carried out do not cause problems for the company and the environment.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Min. High School or Vocational High School.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Technical and Professional Knowledge: Boiler operation and instrumentation, water purification process.
- Competence: Result and target orientation, customer focus for production department, communication and Interpersonal skills.

Tujuan:

- Membantu mengkoordinir infrastructure dan Utility, untuk membantu / support proses produksi.

Tugas Utama:

- Mengoperasikan boiler dan demin water plant sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dan standard safety.
- Menyiapkan material untuk kegiatan operasional dan penanggung jawab unit Utility.
- Membuat laporan jumlah operasi dari utility.
- Menerima pengiriman solar dan air dari supplier sesuai dengan tugas yang ada.
- Mencatat counter dan flowmeter air Perusahaan Air Minum (PAM).
- Mengoperasikan genset C5 jika Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) mati.
- Segera melaporkan ke atasan jika ada kejadian diluar yang seharusnya.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja.
- Memastikan gas buang boiler dan genset dibawah standard baku mutu yang ada; dgn cara kontrol sistem dan koordinasi dengan department produksi.
- Memastikan semua aktivitas yang dilakukan tidak menimbulkan masalah bagi perusahaan dan juga lingkungan.

Pendidikan:

- Minimal Sekolah Menengah Atas atau Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan.
- Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja.
- Pengetahuan Teknis dan Profesional: Pengoperasian dan instrumentasi boiler, proses pemurnian air.
- Kompetensi: Berorientasi pada hasil dan target, fokus pada pelanggan untuk departemen produksi, keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal.
