Sales Acquisition

Qualification:
1. Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
3. Previous experience in the e-commerce, FMCG, F&B, or retail industry is a plus.
4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients

5. Willing to work in Field

Job Desription:
1. Engage and assist in the end-to-end onboarding process of merchants, ensuring they successfully onboard
2. Provide support to merchants during the onboarding process until they become active and introduce Company products such as Promotions and Advertisements.
3. Build and maintain relationships with potential merchants
4. Monitor daily target achievements and provide constructive feedback to the Leader for workflow improvements.

Salary 4,001,509 (Gross)+BPJS Package
