The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Product curation to grow exposure on available visibility points during business as usual and mega campaign.
2. Define opportunity and improvement from wide angle from inventory, price, type of product, product decoration.
3. Leverage opportunity and strategize campaign for traffic tools support and platform benefit.
4. Execute on campaign registration and monitor performance.
5. Post mortem analysis for overall campaign and small initiative.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
- Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiencies in English and local Indonesia languages are compulsory. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus
