Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - YogyakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- ** Berhubungan dan berkoordinasi dengan seluruh Customer Service Team Leader untuk menemukan **_gap _**atau kesenjangan yang belum sesuai dengan standar perusahaan**:

- ** Memberikan **_training_**, tanggapan konstruktif, dan konseling untuk seluruh **_trainees_** guna meningkatkan kemampuan **_customer service _**dan komunikasi**:

- ** Secara berkala melakukan pengecekan efektivitas dari **_training _**dengan mengadakan kuis untuk Customer Service Agents**

**Requirements**:

- ** Minimal pendidikan D3 atau sederajat**:

- ** Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun sebagai **_trainer _**di bidang **_customer service _**dan sejenisnya**:

- ** Memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office dan melakukan presentasi**:

- ** Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan berbicara di publik**:
