Job description:

- Perform and Supervise personnel activities (payroll, HRIS, BPJS, employee database, etc.)
- Analyze work productivity & effectiveness through employee performance evaluation.
- Develop, establish and evaluate employee training programs for each employee as in "training program".
- Conduct coaching & counseling for employees to achieve the work performance.
- Responsible for operational fulfillment
- Supervision to General Affair, control building management
- Performing tasks according to SOP and procedures

Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology or related field
- Max. 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Human Resources Software
- Min. 3 years experience as HRD&GA SPV in a Manufacturing
- Have analytical skill and communication skill
