**Uraian Tugas**
- Melakukan pengecekan atau pemeriksaan terhadap barang yang akan masuk dan mengontrol barang yang keluar baik secara fisik maupun elektrik.
- Membuat BAP (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan) yang dilengkapi dengan tanda tangan dan nama pengirim apabila terjadi perbedaan ataupun kekurangan pada barang yang diterima.
- Memeriksa saldo pada unit penembakan dan stock di System baik sebelum penembakan atau sesudah penembakan.
- Melakukan penembakan sesuai SOQ / permintaan yang di approve oleh finance dan melakukan approve di system setelah melakukan penembakan.
- Melakukan perhitungan stock opname secara rutin setelah closing penjualan dan menjaga barang yang ada di gudang.
- Melakukan scan barcode apabila ada barang yang masuk dan keluar gudang dan atau melakukan control server penembakan (Virtual).
- Mencatat di log book dan form serah terima barang, sisa saldo hasil kroscek dengan system dan sisa saldo pada Hand Phone penembakan / chip penembakan dan meminta tanda tangan ke Finance control setiap pagi harinya.
- Membuat receipt note atas barang yang diterima dari pusat setelah dicek baik quantity maupun kelengkapannya, serta saldo di unit pada E-Voucher dan membuat Delivery Note atas barang yang diretur.
- Mengisi form serah terima barang dengan Sales Canvasser baik saat loading maupun unloading juga membubuhkan tanda tangan dan nama jelas.
- Membuat stock transfer ke gudang Sales Canvasser ataupun sebaliknya atas form serah terima barang dengan Sales Canvasser.
- Melihat status imei unit di PRESS dan memeriksa unit tersebut atas kondisi dan kelengkapannya.
- Membuat stock transfer ke Gudang Transit HO untuk unit yang akan diretur ke gudang pusat.
- Tidak memberikan stock ke Sales Canvasser apabila ada stock yang masih menggantung di gudang Sales Canvasser.
- Menginformasikan ke Logistic pusat atas barang yang belum diterima BO maximal H+2, untuk EVoucher H+0, melakukan koordinasi dengan Team return atas barang yang diretur dan melakukan control stock Sub Gudang BO.
- Memberikan Informasi atas terjadinya masalah di BO yang bisa menghambat proses operasional BO.
- Membuat laporan yang diperlukan oleh team Sales maupun Logistic Pusat atas stock yang ada digudang BO.

- Pria, usia maks. 30 tahun
- Min. SMA/K Sederajat
- Pengalaman 1 Tahun di bidang logistic
- Bisa Vlookup dan Hlookup
- Cekatan, teliti, ulet

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Gaji: Rp4.900.000 per bulan

- Parung: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
