Job Responsibility:

- Arrange schedule for goods arrival based on production schedule
- Monitor goods arriving according to schedule
- Conduct inventory count process
- Maintain records relating to incoming and outgoing shipments
- Update database system related to material transfer and receipt
- Coordinate and arrange goods return process if necessary
- Handle shipping documents (e.g., B/L, AWB, etc.)
- Provide information to Material Planning Section regarding shortage and excess materials
- Inform related area for any discrepancies found during stock checking process
- Other duties assigned by direct supervisor

Job Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- No working experience
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to operate forklift truck
- Honest and reliable
- Able to work under pressure
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
