As Brand Analyst for Gojek’s Brand Marketing team, you will get to work with other talented teams in Gojek - from product analyst, Research and Insights, in app and CRM teams - mining insights from internal/external data, which translates into a brand and communication strategy. You will spend a majority of your time diving deep into some of the most challenging analytical problems in the Gojek brand - in the very core of Gojek's vast ecosystem. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to create not only the most loved brand but also contributes to a sustainable growth of the Gojek brand.

**What You Will Do**:

- Take care of the breadth & depth of huge amounts of data available across different tools or pipelines, and unify the tools (BiqQuery, SQL, Marketing & A/B testing tools, external data tools ie YouGov)
- Build self-serve data products, such as dashboards and tables to reduce time to gather insights
- Analyze the data, create hypotheses, run experiments to prove the hypothesis
- Be a thought partner for project stakeholders to find the root insights of a problem or opportunities
- Help project stakeholders in analyzing the campaign performance post-launch
- Prepare reports on findings; illustrate data with graphs; translate results into clear and actionable insights
- Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their marketing activities
- Basically.. be a scientist

**What You Will Need**:

- Have marketing strategy and planning related job experience min 5 years
- Have experience working in a research company/department is preferable
- Able to create and operate data dashboard/platform - eg. Tableau, Datastudio, Crunch or others
- Technical skills to work with huge amounts of data & create dashboards is necessary
- Prior experience with applied statistics, and experimental design
- Understanding in handling customer behaviors data (not only transactional) quantitative and qualitative.
- Excellent communication skills (as a storyteller) to all levels of teams, including various stakeholders with ease and efficiency
- Able to tell a coherent data narrative using visualization tools, and set best practices in data visualization to convey a product insight through impactful graphs
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution

Brand Marketing is the central team to ensure integrated brand-building activities to create multiple impacts in the market. We develop campaigns to gain the love of people through educational campaigns, engagement, and celebrate #PastiAdaJalan spirit.
