**About Helo**:
Helo aims to be the go-to platform for people to find and share what's happening, discover interesting local content, and connect with diverse communities. The Helo app features a dedicated video channel with personalized content matched to your interests and offers easy-to-use tools or templates for creators to express themselves in their own way -- including text, video, memes, and more. Helo is available in Indonesia & Brazil.

**About Team**:
The trending Operation team consists of two pillars, Trending Operation and Key Person Maintenance. We're one of core operations in the Helo Indonesia structure that is responsible for covering and creating all trending and viral sensations; planning and operating big campaigns; and also giving suggestions to creating new initiatives using UGC Material (Effect, Filters, Stickers) and using new functions and features (Product Infrastructure Development).
Within Helo ID Trending Team, this particular role will work closely with many cross-functional teams locally and globally to ensure the projects that we bring to the business are mutually beneficial and could significantly leverage and amplify Helo's influence in social media industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing potential partners and newsmakers to amplify Trending coverage within and outside apps to pursue viral showcase coverage.
- Create by product Intellectual Property (IP) to strengthen Helo position in Trending Social Media industry.
- Enrich the discussion angle for Trending Topics coverage and cooperate with many ross-functional teams locally and globally to get optimize amplification.
- Planning trending events coverage for near-term and long-term coverage (agenda based).
- Monitoring market trends, competitor analysis and following current activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience and in Media Industry (Journalist is preferred).
- Has a broad and strong connection with Journalist and News-related stakeholders. Having experience of working in reputable media with exceptional knowledge of News industry
- Outstanding Content Planning, Presentations and Negotiation Skills with KOL from media industry.
- Deep understanding of News ecology, journalist community development.
- Strong planning skills, problem-solving, creative minds, result-driven, and able to work with cross-functional teams
- Well-versed digital savvy and familiar with both offline & digital campaign metrics
