**JOB DETAIL**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the implementation of company management, according to the prevailing law and regulation through the availability of advice and suggestions related to legal aspects in an effective and timely manner
- Reviewing, updating and ensuring corporate actions/legal actions in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the availability of legal advice and suggestions
- Ensure the management of company documents and licenses in accordance with prevailing regulations
- Ensure organizational readiness in aspects of culture, leadership, alignment and knowledge sharing to implement the company's strategy and operation
- Supervising legal officer(s) and/or legal senior officer(s) for timely, sound and proper performance
- Drafting & reviewing (as well as to gather necessary information for such drafting/reviewing purposes) agreements and similar legal documents related to the Company’s business activities, including: vessel charter, vessel registration with 3rd party Ship Management, building lease, loan, and services agreements.
- Reviewing legal research results and finalizing the relevant memorandum or opinion.
- Ensuring sound and proper execution of legal documents.
- Assisting Investor Relation Department on the preparation of General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company by reviewing the announcement, scenario, resolutions and any notarial statement of resolutions adopted in such meeting.
- Documenting legal documents in soft and hard copies.
- Ensuring that all legal issues for all tenders are covered
- Ensuring that all legal issues for the new building and 2nd hand vessels are covered and fulfilled
**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 4 - 7 years experiences in similar posistion, preferably have experinces in law firm and shipping company.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Required Knowledge and Skill(s): shipping law, marine, legal, and insurance knowledge, QHSE (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)
- Required Softskill(s): achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, information seeking, orientation to detail, coordination, business process understanding, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, developing others, team leadership
