Many of PUR Projet’s projects fall within the categories of insetting, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, forest conservation and landscape restoration. **As PUR Projet is growing we are looking for a dynamic and rigorous Admin & finance referent to support the indonesian team**
As a key member of the team based in Indonesia, you will be in charge of supporting the admin & finance topics. In this role you will work on different topics (it could be with the team outside of Asia, so english is required), including but not limited to:
**OFFICE, SUPPLIER & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT**:
- Perform general office functions including communications (mail & post), supply inventory management, filing etc.
- Coordinate day to day needs with office providers (lessor, office insurance, energy providers...) and regarding maintaining office(s) space and supplies
- Assist the team with their travels in accordance with the security procedure
**INVOICING/PAYMENTS**
- Track, create, deliver and follow-up on purchase orders and invoices with clients in multiple geographies
- Track and execute payments to suppliers and project field partners
- Coordinate with Central Finance Team in France on the accounting for payments made and received
- Coordinate creation of purchase orders, delivery of invoices and supporting documents to external services providers such as accountants
- Act as the point of contact with external accountancy firms for the follow-up and control of accounting entries
**DATA CONSOLIDATION & MANAGEMENT**
Support Team on the management of data consolidation for, and within, PUR Projet’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
**HR (On demand from the HR generalist)**:
- Payroll payment
- Leaves: follow-up of the leaves of the technicians and local staff (when tracked outside Figgo)
- Expenses: follow-up of expenses of technicians and local staff (when outside Cleemy)
- Benefits: day to day relationship with the service providers
- Employment contracts: translation and update of the template, edition of the addendums and other documentation
**TEAMWORK**
- Work with team members across PUR Projet’s global team to share information and best practices.
- Provide feedback to continually improve PUR Projet’s communications tools & procedures
- Ensuring a good working environment to the team
- Participate in internal workshops, seminars, and social events to help carry PUR Projet’s strong sense of community.
