Student Advisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Advisor for Koding Next Citraland Surabaya. As a Student Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for both parents and students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming parents and providing assistance as needed.
- Clearly and effectively explain the features and benefits of Koding Next Citraland Surabaya to parents, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Supervise children in the lobby or waiting room, ensuring their safety and maintaining a calm and friendly environment.
- Efficiently schedule trial classes and replacement sessions, coordinating with instructors and parents to accommodate their preferences.
- Proactively remind parents about upcoming class schedules, ensuring they are informed and prepared for their child's sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Female, preferably more than 30 years old, with a professional and presentable appearance.
- Previous experience in a course or school administration role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with parents, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with children and the ability to create a nurturing and positive environment for them.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
