Main Responsibilities:

- Mampu, cepat, dan tepat menganalisa ketika ada komplain
- Memamhami komponen PC hardware dan menginstall
- Memahami dasar wired dan wireless network, router, switch, IP cctv, PABX
- Membantu membuat laporan dan mendokumentasikan seluruh pekerjaan yang terkait dengan IT operational atau IT
