**Job Description:**:**In general, the person will manage activities in**:

- Importation process of goods, obtaining the technical recommendation / licenses / certificate / import approval to related Ministry of Republic of Indonesia.
- Product approbation (certification or registration - SNI, K3LH, Home Connect and etc).
- Support Sales Distribution, and Warehouse activities, reporting of KPI, Foreign Trade and other company report.
- Support achievement of company program.

**Details scope of work**:
**Importation process of goods**:

- Follow-up Verification Order (VO) and coordinate with Factory for inspection plan and dispatch plan.
- Coordinate with other party to provide invoice, packing list and delivery note, B/L before vessel arrive at destination port.
- Responsible for preparing and checking import & documents and submit all documents to LSP / customs brokerage for preparation import declaration.
- Prepare payment request for import declaration and submitted to finance team.
- Monitoring released status of cargo by close coordination with LSP/customs brokerage
- Receive the notification from LSP/customs brokerage, that the cargo has been released and ready to be delivered to LSP Warehouse. Inform LSP Warehouse to prepare space and manpower for receiving the goods

**Obtaining the technical recommendation/ licenses/ certificate/ approval to related Ministry of Republic of Indonesia**
- For importation of home appliances products, there are regulation / requirement for technical recommendation / licenses / certificate / approval from related Ministry of Republic of Indonesia. This certificate / certificate are required for importation produk and customs clearance process.
- Review technical recommendation / licenses / certificate / approval and do renewal.

**Product approbation; certification or registration (SNI, K3LH, Home Connect and etc) and update homologation database**
- Product certification.
- Coordination Regional Marketing, PIC in factory and Certification Body for initial assessment/audit, surveillance audit, samples testing, certificate issuance, product registration to Ministry of Industry or Trade - Republic of Indonesia.
- Update the new regulation.
- Update requirement and regulation into Homologation Database.

**Support Sales Distribution, Marketing and Customer Service**:

- Support handle sales distribution activity, i.e.; sales order creation, request for delivery the goods to LSP Warehouse & Distribution and billing creation.
- Coordination with Marketing for requirement of samples or demo unit.
- Coordination with Customer Service for product return and inspection.

**Support Warehouse activities**
- Inbound product. Inform LSP Warehouse to prepare space and manpower for receiving the goods once receive the notification from LSP/customs brokerage.
- LSP Warehouse / Internal team do goods receipts and report to Finance for MIRO process.
- Warehouse audit
- Support for inventory/material management;
- QI/Return product
- Stock Transfer Order (STO)
- B-goods product
- Scrapping

Reporting directly to : Supply Chain Manager

Reporting indirectly to : CFO (expat)

Working as an Individual Contributor, liaising with other department : Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing teams. (internally)

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree with solid education background from reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Logistic experience
- Experience in Import & Export / Warehouse
- Product certification
- SAP knowledge/skill
- Product Certification knowledge/skill
- Proficient level in English both spoken and written.
