**Responsibilities**:

- Source, order, and purchase goods and materials as per organizational requirements.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability for ongoing programs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Manage procurement of students and dormitory supplies, such as learning materials, foods, toiletries, cleaning products, and other essentials.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and update purchasing databases regularly.
- Work closely with program managers and staff to identify procurement needs.
- Support other departments in sourcing specialized items or equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate/experienced in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle and have a driver's license (SIM C).
