Office Boy

A Veterinary Clinic in Kuta, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Office Boy (Full time)

**Responsibilities**:
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming office spaces
Dust furniture, fixtures and equipment to maintain a clean environment
Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas regularly
Ensure waste and recyclables are disposed of properly as well as keeping office spaces neat and tidy
Run errands including purchasing office supplies, delivering documents and other essential tasks as required.
Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning
Help set up meeting rooms for events as well as ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness
Monitor and maintain office equipment as well as reporting any technical issues to the manager
Greet visitors and provide basic assistance or direction
Assist with administrative tasks as needed as well as contributing to the smooth operations of the office

**Requirements**:
Indonesian citizen
Excellent in written and spoken English communication
Proven working experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role
Ability to lift, carry and move items as needed for office maintenance and assistance tasks
Strong attention to details to ensure all areas of the office are clean and well-maintained
Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance and a positive work ethic
Basic communication skills for interacting with colleagues and visitors
