**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and high-quality service throughout their visit
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Oversee the reservation system, ensuring efficient and effective guest bookings
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and feedback
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the beach club
- Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth execution of events
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years in hospitality management, with experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and reservation management software (e.g. Opera, Micros, etc.)
- Basic understanding of financial and inventory management
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift
