**Position Purpose**:
The floor supervisoris responsible for overseeing the daily operations and team performance within our establishment. The Floor supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant technology.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a restaurant environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
