入门级管理职位，负责餐厅/酒吧和客房服务的日常运营。该职位协助完成菜谱计划，维护卫生标准，在高峰用餐时段协助服务员和待客师清洁地板，并在适用的情况下监督餐厅/酒吧和客房服务部门。责任范围包括确保客人和员工的满意度，同时维持经营预算。负责确保遵守标准和法律义务。

**教育和经验要求**
- 高中文凭或高中同等学历 (GED)；4 年餐饮、厨房或相关专业领域工作经验。

或者
- 在经认可的大学取得餐饮服务管理、酒店和餐厅管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位；2 年餐饮、厨房或相关专业领域工作经验。

**核心工作活动**

**协助管理餐厅团队**
- 处理员工问题和疑虑。
- 监督员工并确保满足绩效预期。
- 根据对服务行为的观察，向员工提供反馈意见。
- 协助监督日常轮班运作。
- 在餐厅总监或餐厅经理缺勤的情况下，监督餐厅和所有相关区域。
- 参加部门会议并传达关于部门目标的明确一致信息，以产生期望的绩效。

**开展日常餐厅运营**
- 确保所有员工拥有适当的用品、设备和制服。
- 向厨师和餐厅经理传达有关食品质量和服务水准的任何问题。
- 确保遵守所有餐厅政策、标准和程序。
- 根据当地法律监督酒类饮品服务。
- 努力实现或超越预算目标。
- 在必要时履行餐厅员工和相关部门的所有职责。
- 餐厅开业与歇业。

**提供卓越的客户服务**
- 与客人互动并获得对产品质量和服务水准的反馈。
- 监督人员编制，确保宾客服务、运营需求和财务目标均得以满足。
- 鼓励员工在指导方针范围内提供卓越的客户服务。
- 处理客人的问题和投诉，并在必要时寻求主管协助。
- 努力改善服务表现。
- 为客户关系树立积极的榜样。
- 协助员工审查评论卡和客人满意度结果。
- 认识和迎接客人。

- 监督正在进行的培训举措。
- 使用员工可用的所有在职培训工具。
- 根据每个职位的工作描述，传达绩效预期。
