**職位概述**

入門級管理職位，負責餐廳/酒吧和客房服務的日常運營。該職位協助完成菜譜計劃，維護衛生標準，在高峰用餐時段協助服務員和待客師清潔地板，並在適用的情況下監督餐廳/酒吧和客房服務部門。責任範圍包括確保客人和員工的滿意度，同時維持經營預算。負責確保遵守標準和法律義務。

**教育和經驗要求**
- 高中文憑或高中同等學歷 (GED)；4 年餐飲、廚房或相關專業領域工作經驗。

或者
- 在經認可的大學取得餐飲服務管理、酒店和餐廳管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相關專業的兩年制學位；2 年餐飲、廚房或相關專業領域工作經驗。

**核心工作活動**

**協助管理餐廳團隊**
- 處理員工問題和疑慮。
- 監督員工並確保滿足績效預期。
- 根據對服務行為的觀察，向員工提供回饋意見。
- 協助監督日常輪班運作。
- 在餐廳總監或餐廳經理缺勤的情況下，監督餐廳和所有相關區域。
- 參加部門會議並傳達關於部門目標的明確一致資訊，以產生期望的績效。

**開展日常餐廳運營**
- 確保所有員工擁有適當的用品、設備和制服。
- 向廚師和餐廳經理傳達有關食品品質和服務水準的任何問題。
- 確保遵守所有餐廳政策、標準和程序。
- 根據當地法律監督酒類飲品服務。
- 努力實現或超越預算目標。
- 在必要時履行餐廳員工和相關部門的所有職責。
- 餐廳開業與歇業。

**提供卓越的客戶服務**
- 與客人互動並獲得對產品品質和服務水準的回饋。
- 監督人員編制，確保賓客服務、運營需求和財務目標均得以滿足。
- 鼓勵員工在指導方針範圍內提供卓越的客戶服務。
- 處理客人的問題和投訴，並在必要時尋求主管協助。
- 努力改善服務表現。
- 為客戶關係樹立積極的榜樣。
- 協助員工審查評論卡和客人滿意度結果。
- 認識和迎接客人。

**開展人力資源活動**
- 監督正在進行的培訓舉措。
- 使用員工可用的所有在職培訓工具。
- 根據每個職位的工作描述，傳達績效預期。
