Project Sales Specifier

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationship with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors
- Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ensure the projects specification turn in to sales.
- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
- Liaise with logistic department on the delivery of purchased items for project
- Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule
- Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Specifications sales or project sales in related industries
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, marketing or related field
- Strong technical capabilities and an understanding of electronics, hardware, and door opening solutions
- Customer service orientated outlook and accountability
