RSIA Grand Family - Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta Utara
RSIA Family - Pluit, Jakarta Utara

Kedepannya Eka Hospital akan terus melakukan ekspansi yang sejalan dengan Visi Misi Eka Hospital.

Akreditasi Nasional dan Internasional
Eka Hospital BSD telah meraih Akreditasi Internasional dari Joint Commission International Hospital salah satu lembaga akreditasi rumah sakit tingkat internasional yang diakui oleh Pemerintah Indonesia.

Sebagian besar dokter Eka Hospital adalah tenaga purna waktu (full time) yang didukung staf perawat dan tenaga kesehatan professional terlatih.

Ketentuan ini berlaku mulai dari kamar kelas Standard (setara dengan kelas dua) dan Standard Plus. Kamar Standard dan Standard Plus berlokasi dalam satu cluster yang nyaman, dilengkapi kamar mandi dan toilet yang higienis.

Saat ini Eka Hospital menangani lebih dari 400.000 pasien per tahun. Develop and create training curriculum and module design to be implemented in Headquarter and all unit hospitals

Conducting a gap competencies analysis between human resources and organizational needs (Training Need Analysis)

As a trainer to conduct and deliver training programs to all employees
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Education / etc.

5 years of experience in related fields as Curriculum & Module Design Specialist / Learning & Development / Trainer / Educator / etc. Have a good experience in Hospital industry will be an advantage.

Have a good experiences in develop and create curriculum and module design based on organizational needs, especially for soft skill training.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skill.

Good at communication skill and teaching ability.

Have a good sense to develop employee to meet organization needs.

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willing to be placed in Corporate Office - Serpong, South Tangerang
