Secondary Vice Principal

Assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the secondary

school.
- Collaborate with the Principal and teaching staff to develop and implement a

challenging and engaging curriculum.
- Support teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies and assessment

practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and

academic success.
- Coordinate and oversee student support services, including counseling, special

education, and extracurricular activities.
- Support the implementation of technology integration and innovative educational

practices.
- Master's degree in Education or a related field (Doctorate degree preferred).
- Relevant teaching certification and/or licensure.
- Have two years of experience being a management team at an international school or

four years of experience teaching in The International curriculum school.
- Previous experience in a leadership or administrative role in a secondary school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and

assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of teachers and staff.
