Set, define and manage sales strategy and targets on monthly, semester and annual bases by developing a plan for hitting the target at the end of the year, maintaining it on a semester basis, and ensuring you have sales action plans to support this

Create sales plan and seek/create profitable of NBS products and services

Work closely with CIO, CEO, COO, CTO and Operational Leadership Team

Create group vision by understanding company vision and be able to explain it to each member

Lead and support team members to achieve group target and each member individual target by motivation, counselling, and product and service knowledge

Create, manage and coach of teams individuals to optimal performance including sales strategies, plans, development, and negotiation

Asses, Consult and understand the customer needs (find issues and internal discussion and propose the solution to get the order and provide solutions)

Overall basic sales operations (customers meetings, creating proposals and reviews (including adjustments with internal and external parties), quotation preparation, invoice issues, payment management, etc.)

Create, engage, maintain and strengthen customer and NBS relationship

Identify key decision makers, approvers, and influencers and develop strategies to increase deal confidence

Seek and develop opportunities from prospective customers

Negotiating dealing conditions with customers

Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve IT project goals

Handle to manage and growth teamwork

Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop NBS image as a trustworthy, capable and a reliable technology partner
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Sales, and Business or IT Engineering is an advantage)

Business English proficiency (business conversation, presentation skills, documentation of proposals, and facilitation of meetings in English)

3-5 years of experience in IT consulting sales as Manager

Experience of working as Technology Specialist, Technical Account Manager, Solution Consultant will be a HUGE PLUS

Comfortable working in an all-hands start-up environment-owning project, wearing many hats to get the job done, attention to detail, and strong follow-through

Strong professional work ethic, a track record of high productivity and sales achievement

At least has experience in managing more than 3 subordinates as a Manager

Has a wide network in IT Businesses (local & foreign companies) in various Industries: Enterprises, Private Sector, Government, and Startups will be a HUGE PLUS

Ambitious, agile, goal-oriented, positive mindset and not just selling to, or through, but also in tracking all phases of customer onboarding and being an integral part of customers and NBS success

Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure, self-motivated with minimum supervision, initiative, and creative Preferable Skill
