Senior Manager Brand Marketing and Gtm

**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the execution of advanced brand marketing and GTM strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Budget Oversight: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
