Role anda:

- Memberikan kinerja bisnis di tingkat wilayah/ area/ daerah/ regional/ nasional
- Menjaga hubungan baik dan melakukan penjualan produk kepada toko-toko lampu/main dealer/distributor/end-user di area Bandung dan luar kota Bandung
- Menambah database baru dengan mencari distributor/dealer/toko-toko yang baru
- Mencapai target bulanan yang di tentukan oleh perusahaan
- Menganalisis kinerja mitra saluran tidak langsung dan/atau pelanggan, mengidentifikasi permasalahan, dan merumuskan rekomendasi, kemudian mewujudkannya.
- Melakukan edukasi kepada calon customer terkait penggunaan lampu
- Melakukan analisa produk kompetitor, harga produk kompetitor, strategi pemasaran dan pelayanan dari kompetitor.
- Menyusun rencana kerja harian (work plan),area mapping terkait aktivitas kunjungan ke customer (distributor/ dealer/ toko-toko lampu).
- Menawarkan dan memberikan informasi terkait produk
- Mengedit/design foto/video, bikin katalog/brochure/spanduk untuk promosi
- Mengelola sosial media marketing
- Mampu membuat strategi konten digital marketing
- Membuat planning program sales untuk meningkatan penjualan.

Anda cocok jika:

- Wajib memiliki pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Executive / Salesman / Sales Motoris / Sales Canvassing penjualan produk electronics atau lampu
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Keterampilan analitis dan organisasi yang kuat.
- Memiliki kemampuan multi-tasking dan dapat bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).
- Bila pernah menjual lampu akan di utamakan
- Usia maksimal 40 Tahun.
- Pekerja keras, mandiri dan dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan.
- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor pribadi dan SIM C (aktif).
- Bersedia bekerja di senin-jumat dan hari Sabtu, (Jam 08.00-13.00).
