**SLUSHY S*CIETY**is a grab-and-go frozen cocktails bar known for our vibrant flavors and fun experiences. We are proud to be **Trip Advisor's #1 Bar in Canggu**. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Brand Associate Intern to join our team.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Content Creation**: Attend the venue 3 days per week to interact with consumers, prepare content creation logistics & capture engaging content showcasing the Slushy Society experience.
- **Social Media Management**: Take ownership of the Slushy Society TikTok & Instagram account, creating engaging and viral content to increase brand visibility.
- **Digital Advertising**: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- **Partnerships**: Collaborate with influencers, brands, and other strategic partners to build relationships and create buzz-worthy events that resonate with our target audience.
- **Community Engagement**: Grow our community through events that enhance customer engagement and brand love, both online and offline.
- **Design Capability**: Use basic design skills to create eye-catching visuals for social media or promo materials.
- **Analytics**: Monitor metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar apps.
- Basic graphic design capability using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar apps.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry is a plus.

**Pay & Benefit**:on top of learning on the job & via training, our intern will be supported with monthly allowance of Rp 500.000/month, WFO allowance Rp 25.000/day & various performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
