Retail Associate

**We are looking for RETAIL ASSOCIATE to join our Bali team**

We are a retail and distributor company of a Parisian eyewear brand and an Italian design bottle brand. We would like to invite you to represent us at our newest retail experience located in **Bali Collection** as our Retail Associate.

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associates who are passionate in communicating the brand and eager to provide customers with a great shopping experience.

**Job Function**

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:

- Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand.
- Effectively assisting customer in service and sales.
- Diligently executing store operations and administrations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients in the selection of products.
- Build relationships with our clients and contribute to customer database.
- Responsible for store operations including visual merchandise, stock control, and back of house processes.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Achieve individual sales targets and increase store performance and targets.
- Must have excellent product knowledge of the Brand and market.
- Demonstrate a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators.

**Professional background/ Experience**
- Preferably at least 1 year experience working in fashion or lifestyle customer & commercial-focused retail environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel) and operating POS system
- Good command in oral and written Bahasa Indonesia. English would be a plus.
