As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our construction operations. You will oversee and manage all aspects of our luxury villa projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will be vital in bringing our vision to life.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion ensuing quality and safety standards.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Assist the managing team in negotiations with constructors.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor and control project progress, budget, and quality.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Daily progress reporting and weekly project evaluation.
Possession of SKA Level 9 certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a construction project manager, preferably in luxury residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in construction management software.
Other key requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English a must.
Must be based in Bali or able to relocate to Bali.
This position primarily requires on-site presence in the Bukit Peninsula.
Indonesian citizen.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
Availability for site visits and project meetings in Bali.
