Sales Project Executive

Kualifikasi:
- Perempuan
- Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Pemasaran, Manajemen Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 3 tahun di bidang penjualan proyek atau manajemen proyek, lebih disukai di industri signage atau konstruksi.
- Kemampuan membaca dan memahami gambar teknik.
- Pengetahuan tentang proses produksi dan instalasi signage.
- Kemampuan menggunakan perangkat lunak CAD atau software desain lainnya merupakan nilai tambah.
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat.
- Pengalaman dalam menyusun dan menyampaikan proposal penjualan.
- Keterampilan dalam presentasi dan membangun hubungan dengan klien.
- Kemampuan mengelola waktu dan mengatur prioritas dengan baik.
- Pengalaman dalam koordinasi tim dan manajemen sumber daya.
- Kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah.
- Proaktif dan inisiatif tinggi.
- Berorientasi pada hasil dan pelanggan.
- Kemampuan bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Memiliki SIM A.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mencari dan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di sektor signage bangunan.
- Menjalin hubungan dengan klien potensial dan memperluas jaringan bisnis.
- Mengkoordinasikan dan mengelola proyek signage dari konsep hingga instalasi.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim desain untuk memastikan gambar teknik sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien.
- Menyusun jadwal proyek dan memastikan setiap tahapan proyek berjalan sesuai rencana.
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan proposal penjualan kepada klien.
- Melakukan presentasi produk dan layanan kepada klien potensial.
- Negosiasi kontrak dan harga dengan klien untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan.
- Menjadi penghubung antara klien dan tim internal untuk memastikan komunikasi yang lancar.
- Membuat laporan kemajuan proyek dan menyampaikan update kepada manajemen dan klien secara berkala.
