Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor Nirvana, Bali. The Quantity Surveyor willbe responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, planning, and reporting.Daily tasks involve managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring budgetadherence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Relevant work experience in construction or real estate industry.
- Having experience atleast 2 years as Quantity Surveyor (Estimator) Infrastructure in Developer Company or Consultant Quantity Surveyor
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- BOQ preparation and Cost Planning expertise
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
