About the team
**Global E-commerce Search**: Our team is responsible for the US eCommerce search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.
The mission of the integrated marketing merchandise team is to define the merchandise strategy and operate merchandise management to keep driving significant GMV growth during campaign periods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for merchandise hierarchy system build up, improve merchandise performance and levelling up through clear guidelines and mechanism during campaign periods
- Responsible for designing and optimising traffic/subsidy operation mechanism for merchandise in campaign
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and secure competitive campaign pricing

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience
- Bachelor degree is required

**Preferred Requirement**:

- In-depth understanding of both eCommerce business and merchandise management
- Experience in merchandising, product sourcing, or inventory management, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity
