Oversee day-to-day operations of our Shopee and Tokopedia stores, ensuring products are accurately listed, inventory is up-to-date, and customer orders are processed efficiently.
- Create and manage compelling product listings, including writing persuasive product descriptions, selecting high-quality images, and implementing SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundle offers, and seasonal sales, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and managing returns and exchanges effectively.
- Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns on Shopee and Tokopedia, including budget management, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to continuously improve our ecommerce strategy.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing ecommerce stores on Shopee and Tokopedia.
- Proficiency in Shopee and Tokopedia seller platforms and ecommerce tools.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting sales data and deriving actionable insights to drive performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing product listings, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing strategies and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field is preferred.
