Event Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and organizing the event schedule for multiple events, both offline and online
- Managing and maintaining event budgets
- Coordinate vendors and logistics, including booth and merchandise production
- Do final checks on the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate the event’s success and submit reports
- Develop relationships with potential clients to grow our business

Qualifications:

- Should have at least 2 years of experience as Event Specialist, Project Manager, Campaign Planner, or other relevant roles
- Proficient in spoken and written English is preferred
- Multi-tasker; able to work on target and deadline
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Proficient with presentation tools (Keynote, Canva, Powerpoint, Slides), Microsoft excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools for generating insights.
- Technical skills in budgeting
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for the small details
- Experience working in EO or agency
- Creative and innovative
- Ability to work meet deadlines
- Willing to be placed at Ciputat, South Tangerang (Full Time)

**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per month
