Diskripsi Pekerjaan:

- Menyusun daftar pengadaan barang dan jasa di perusahaan
- Melakukan analisa Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Menyusun daftar supplier potensial untuk barang dan jasa yang dibutuhkan
- Menganalisa penawaran yang diberikan supplier
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, fitur, serta biaya dan waktu pengiriman dari supplier
- Membuat dan kirim dokumen pemesanan atau Purchase Order ke supplier
- Melacak pengiriman dan mengecek kualitas barang/jasa sesuai kontrak
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang untuk penyimpanan barang pesanan
- Berkoordinasi dengan Finance untuk melakukan pembayaran
- Melakukan evaluasi atas proses pembelian dan kinerja supplier.

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan diutamakan S1 Farmasi
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Purchasing di Apotek atau Rumah Sakit (mínimal 1 tahun)
- Terbiasa melakukan negosiasi dengan vendor Farmasi
- Memahami Prinsip Pareto

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp3.000.000 - Rp4.000.000 per bulan

- S1 (Diutamakan)

Pengalaman:

- Purchasing: 1 tahun (Diutamakan)

Bersedia Melakukan Perjalanan:
