Senior Building Manager, REMS - Surabaya

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead by example by demonstrating a positive approach within the building and proactively engage service partners and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience for building users
- Proactively develop projects and initiatives that provide added value and continuous improvement to the portfolio
- Creating team culture and implement development plans for the team, including proactive and practical support to motivate and create a high performing team, and ensure succession plans are in place for critical roles
- Establishing and manage Building annual and long term operation goals to meet/exceed owner and corporate management expectations
- Specifically establish written goals and objectives for direct reports. Conduct period formal and informal performance evaluation
- Analyzing and develop improvements based on data analysis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in mechanical, or electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields
- 10-15 years of working experience in building particularly in High Rise Residential
- 5 years of working experience as Senior Building Manager
- Good communication skills, including good command of Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage
- Good personal and interpersonal skills
- An organized person and a team player
- Proven managerial and leadership skills
- Available to join as soon as possible
